Job Description
- Should maintain effective customer relationships and should ensure all the customer queries are answered timely.
- Should possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to resolve any customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Provide accurate feedback to customers for proper usage of products.
- Good at filing reports about the issues faced by customer and update the R&D team with customer feedback.
- Should have a keen interest in learning about product updates and upcoming technologies.
- Must have excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Support engineers must be technically knowledgeable when it comes to their company’s products.
- Should have a good knowledge of Embedded systems, Electro mechanics and Automation.
- Must be able to Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for easiness of the end users.
- We prefer people who love to travel around India (sometimes even outside India) for a troubleshooting, Installation & training whenever required from a customer.
