Required Skills and Experience
- AWS, Docker, Kuberneties, Ansible, Jenkins, Git.
- Working Knowledge on PAAS Platforms ( Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Openshift)
- Minimum experience in building and maintaining production / development systems on AWS using EC2, RDS, Cloud Formation, etc. and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs.
- Knowledge on programming languages (Ruby/ Java and/or Ruby) as well as script environments like bash will be added advantage
- Thorough understanding of configuration management concepts. Ansible experience is highly desired. Bonus points for experience with Chef/Puppet.
- Experience with monitoring, metrics, and visualization tools for server, and application status (Splunk, Appdynamics,ELK)
- Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment. CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Concourse.
- Knowledge on REST API’s and its development
- Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL and MySQL). Bonus points for NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase, Mongo)
