Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide on-going support for the existing production and disaster recovery infrastructure
- Ensure all facets of the production infrastructure are available and healthy on a 24×7 basis
- Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure high-availability of our production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Assist in Setting up and supporting the network, development, and QA environments
- Provide input and directly participate in critical technology architecture design decisions that enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the enterprise IT infrastructure
- Work in coordination with other internal teams to ensure the infrastructure fully and effectively supports current and planned application systems
