- Create efficient solutions to address the problems related to high volume customer escalation tickets.
- Work on large unstructured data-set, analyze and build predictive models.
- Optimize algorithms for maximum speed, performance and scalability.
- Mentor/guide new team members.
- Learn while on the job and show measurable results.
