Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant program preferred.
- 3 or more years of strong experience as an RPA Architect/ Lead.
- Automation Anywhere certification required.
- 10 or more years enterprise development experience or automation experience in Java or .NET.
- Hands on programming experience with Java, .NET or Python.
- Solid experience with RPA design patterns and practices including queue management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills/ demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate a user defined business process into a logical workflow and/ or procedural documentation.
- Must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to create a vision for RPA.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver productive results.
- Must handle confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Adaptable to change and able to make independent decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
