Key Responsibility:
Own the student’s learning outcomes by providing them with support on the topics covered in the curriculum.
- Involve in the residency class room sessions to facilitate lectures and lab sessions
- Be the first point contact for participants for academic queries and manage discussion groups
- Monitor participants’ academic performance and make learning interventions in the form of remedial sessions, coaching and mentoring
