- Lead multiple scrum teams as delivery lead in CDSM program and own end to end implementation of solutions proposed by Architect within schedule, budget and quality
- Provide estimation for new projects
- Establish and control code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery for the teams
- Review technical specifications and design documents
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Propose and drive automation to reduce efforts of development
- Portfolio management – Hiring, Performance and compensation management of his span, Employee retention
